Steve Fossett confessed that he was worried

During a press conference today, Steve Fossett confessed that he was worried about the success of the ’Ultimate Flight’, but as always, is still determined and optimistic that the flight will take-off tomorrow at 06:42 local (12:42 UTC).

Although Steve’s around the world flight last year showed the Virgin Atlantic GlobalFlyer was capable of going much further, despite having lost a lot of fuel, the risks of pushing it over 26,000 miles are high.
